Where do we pick up our order?

We offer local pick up at our store front located in downtown Walnut Creek:

1378 N. Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA

Do you deliver?

We understand sometimes pick-up is not an option, for special requests or gift delivery please speak with our team to discuss delivery accommodations.   

Are there Gluten-Free or Vegan Options? Nut allergy? Pork-free? Meat-free?

Absolutely!  We can accommodate any dietary request or restrictions. Please note these requests in the comment section when placing your order, or speak directly with a member of our team ensure your needs are met.

Can I create a custom board or table for my event?

Of course, It would be our pleasure to curate the perfect custom board or table for your next event!  Simply contact us using our online inquiry form or give us a ring to discuss your vision.  

How far in advance should I place my order? What is your turn around time?

Generally speaking, 24 hours is the required amount of time needed to curate and create your board. Cutoff is NOON the day prior.

 Grazing Tables require a 2 week in advance notice, in addition to date availability.  

 *We understand things come up. Our staff will work to make any reasonable order accommodation, time/schedule permitting. 

Can I keep the board?

Yes.  All orders are served on unfinished wooden trays and/or boxes for proper handling and secure transport. If you choose to upgrade your order to include a custom wooden or stone board, that board is yours to keep as well!

 Cancellation Policy?

Boards: Cancel within 48 hours of delivery/pick-up with a 15% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled thereafter are nonrefundable.

Grazing Tables + Event Catering: Cancel within 72 hours of order confirmation receipt with 20% cancellation fee. Orders canceled thereafter are nonrefundable (deposit).
